The Sweepstakes begins on December 12th, 2024, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on December 25th, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST (the "Sweepstakes Period").

Step 1: Visit breezecanna.com/12-days-of-breezemas and sign up for a SweepWidget account.
Step 2: Participate in daily challenges posted on Instagram, Facebook, and at breezecanna.com/12-days-of-breezemas. Each completed entry method will constitute one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Automated entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry suspected of tampering, fraud, or automated participation at its sole discretion.

One (1) Grand Prize: A vacation to the winner's desired location with an value of $3,000.

No cash equivalents will be awarded.
The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
+1 must also be age 21 or over.
The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
One (1) $3,000 travel credit is redeemable only through Kelly Grams and must be used in accordance with their terms and conditions and any vendor blackouts or limitations.
The winner is responsible for all travel-related expenses not explicitly covered by the prize (e.g., travel insurance, meals, activities, souvenirs).
Travel must be booked on or before June 1, 2025.
The $3,000 vacation prize may be considered taxable income. Winner is encouraged to consult their tax advisor regarding any tax implications associated with accepting the prize.

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing will be conducted on or about January 15th, 2025.
The winner will be notified by Email within seven (7) days of the drawing.

The winner must claim prize by completing and verifying information within 72 hours of notification.
Winner will be required to provide proof of age and residency to confirm eligibility.
The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification.
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time without prior notice.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries.
The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, network failures, or other problems that may limit or prevent online entry.
The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to any person or property relating to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes or the awarding or use of the prize.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan.
