ELIGIBILITY
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must be a legal resident of Michigan
- Employees (and their immediate family members) of JARS Cannabis, BREEZE Canna, BREEZE Smoke, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies are not eligible to participate

General Rules:
- By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.  
- The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time without prior notice.  
- The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries.
- The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, network failures, or other problems that may limit or prevent online entry.
- The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to any person or property relating to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes or the awarding or use of the prize.

ENTRY PERIOD
- Begins: March 10, 2025, at 12:01 AM EST
- Ends: March 23, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST

HOW TO ENTER
- Purchase any BREEZE Canna disposable device at participating JARS locations during the entry period
- Each qualifying device purchased = one (1) entry
- 510 cartridges are excluded from this promotion
- Retain receipt as proof of purchase

PRIZE DETAILS
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:
- Four (4) tickets to Detroit Tigers Opening Day (April 4, 2025)
- VIP tailgate access for four (4) people
- One (1) night hotel accommodation in Detroit (Check-in April 4, check-out April 5, 2025)
- Restaurant gift card for dinner
- Uber credits valid for April 4, 2025, only
- BREEZE Canna merchandise package
Total Approximate Retail Value: $2,750

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
- Random drawing will be conducted on March 26, 2025
- Winner will be notified via provided contact information
- Winner must claim prize within 24 hours of notification
- If prize is unclaimed, an alternate winner may be selected
- Winner must present valid government-issued ID and a completed W9 to claim prize. 
- Failure to comply with these requirements may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

Entry Limitations and Fraud Disqualification:
- Automated entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.
- The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry suspected of tampering, fraud, or automated participation at its sole discretion.

- By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their information in accordance with BREEZE Canna’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.breezecanna.com/privacy-policy. California residents may review their privacy rights under the CCPA at https://oag.ca.gov/privacy/ccpa.

GOVERNING LAW:
- All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan.

RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION:
- By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
- Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
- No prize substitutions permitted
- Winner responsible for all applicable taxes
- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to a publicity release
- Void where prohibited by law
- BREEZE Canna reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time
